The Clean Water Center is your one stop water resource. We provide extensive testing, inspection, consultation and treatment to solve water quality issues of any kind. The Clean Water Center is a subsidiary of AO Smith Corp., an industry leader and international manufacturer of water treatment and water heating equipment headquartered in Milwaukee, WI.
The Clean Water Center is currently seeking a Home Service Manager. This member of our team will oversee for the performance of a team of field technicians. The service team is responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of residential and commercial water treatment systems, salt delivery, filter changes, and achieving high customer satisfaction rates.
SPECIFIC DUTIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES (List in order of importance)
1. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
2. Direct Management of the Home Services group on a continual basis including daily appointment review, education on departmental procedures, products, training in the field and relationship development and management with our customers.
3. Assist with forecasting sales and expenses budgets for the service department
4. Identify and implement strategies for growing the Clean Water Center customer base
5. Manage training program for the field service team on a continual basis including education on departmental procedures, products, and relationship development and management with our customers.
6. Provide direction and communication to employees so that customer wants are answered in a timely, efficient and knowledgeable manner.
7. Provide continual evaluation of processes and procedures.
8. Establish work procedures and processes that support company and departmental standards, procedures, and strategic directives.
9. Facilitate new processes, tools, communications, training and methodologies to ensure operational success throughout the company.
10. Work with other managers to facilitate relationships between departments and locations in order to achieve the organization’s goals and objectives.
11. Develop, implement, and coordinate inventory management strategies and direct regular complete inventory evaluations to minimize inventory losses
12. Participate in customer interactions to ensure customer satisfaction
13. Communicate to upper management appropriate information regarding department or employee concerns.
14. Respond to and resolve employee relations’ issues.
15. Conduct performance reviews for Field Service personnel.
16. Address disciplinary and/or performance problems according to company policies.
17. Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
BASIC QUALIFICIATIONS:
o Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical discipline or relevant experience
o A minimum of 3 years related work experience
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
· Must possess excellent written and oral communication, and presentation skills
· Demonstrated people-oriented management experience
· Plumbing License or experience a plus
· Ability to interpret and manage Financial Statements including but not limited to P&L, Income, and Budgeting
· To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of General Database software; SAP; Accounting Software; CRM Software; Excel Spreadsheet software and Microsoft Word Processing software.

Pay: $69,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
