Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with water refill services, product inquiries, and store navigation
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Conduct product demos to showcase water bottles, dispensers, and related accessories, highlighting features and benefits
- Upsell complementary products such as filters, accessories, or bottled water to enhance customer satisfaction and sales
- Manage stock levels by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store environment to promote safety and a welcoming atmosphere
- Handle cash register operations including cash handling, cashiering duties, and cash drawer management with integrity
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist in merchandising efforts to create attractive displays that draw customer attention and boost sales
- Support product demos and educate customers on proper usage of water refill systems
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience with supervising responsibilities is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, and retail math calculations
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Experience in upselling techniques and customer service excellence
- Knowledge of retail store product knowledge related to water filtration or hydration products is advantageous
- Ability to handle cash handling procedures accurately and responsibly
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers effectively
- Basic math skills for managing transactions, balancing cash drawers, and inventory counts
- Demonstrated merchandising skills to create appealing product displays
