Patient Advocate
Location: East Stroudsburg, PA (Delaware Water Gap Area)
Shift: Evening, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Schedule:
- Full-Time (40 hours/week)
- Part-Time (16 to 24 hours/week)
- Rotating weekends required
Responsibilities:
- Support clients in a behavioral health and substance use treatment setting
- Monitor client safety and document observations
- Assist with admissions, transportation, meals, and appointments
- Respond appropriately to crisis situations
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Behavioral health or substance use experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver's license required

- Mentors & Peer Support Specialists: 1 year (Preferred)
- Mental & Behavioral Health Faculty: 1 year (Preferred)
- Behavioral Health: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:
