Job Summary:
As a Counselor, you will provide individual and group counseling services, assess client needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and guide clients toward achieving their goals. You will play a vital role in fostering healing, resilience, and personal growth through evidence-based practices and compassionate care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling to clients.
- Establish and maintain therapeutic relationships to support client progress.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs, strengths, and areas for growth.
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s goals.
- Offer crisis intervention services when needed.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to ensure quality care.
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client progress.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible client outcomes.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Required : Masters Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience working with diverse populations and mental health/substance use disorders.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and crisis intervention skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Passion for helping individuals achieve personal growth and recovery.
