Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook grilled items according to established recipes and presentation standards

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and prep areas in compliance with food safety regulations
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality standards are met
- Support menu planning efforts by providing input on dish execution and ingredient needs
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional food service experiences
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is used safely and maintained properly throughout shifts
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen roles within the food industry
- Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques
- Familiarity with dietary department procedures and dietary aide experience is a plus
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices
- Experience with menu planning, catering, or fine dining environments is highly desirable
- Excellent food service skills, including serving guests efficiently and courteously
