We’re looking for someone who goes beyond closing books. Someone analytical, detail-driven, and naturally curious who enjoys digging into financial data, identifying inefficiencies, and creating structure that helps a business grow.
In this role, you’ll partner directly with leadership to improve financial operations, strengthen reporting accuracy, support cash management, oversee commissions, and drive process improvements across the organization.
What You’ll Do:
- Analyze financial data, reporting, and forecasts
- Support month-end close and reconciliations
- Manage commission calculations and reporting
- Monitor cash flow and banking activity
- Improve workflows and operational processes
- Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, HR, Operations, and Leadership
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3–7 years of accounting, finance, or analysis experience
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented problem solver who works well independently
- Someone who enjoys improving systems and finding better ways to work
