Responsibilities
- Consistently achieves or exceeds established individual and Ecommerce sales goals
- Facilitate the processing of an Ecommerce order as needed
- Actively logs into varies workstream queues during scheduled hours
- Conduct follow up calls to existing and potential Ecommerce clients
- Delivering an exceptional client experience
- Provide the highest standard of brand representation
- Convert digital and direct contact leads into Ecommerce sale
- Continuous development of product knowledge via onsite training and e-learning modules
- Work as a team player and partner with fellow colleagues, foster open and constructive communication, to ensure a consistent exceptional client experience
- Follows all company policies and procedures
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which includes evenings, weekends and holidays
- Adhering to professional attire dress code
- 2 years of luxury retail experience
- Minimum 2 year college degree or relevant field experience
- Knowledge of E-commerce practices in a retail environment
- Proficient with technology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to drive and exceed individual KPIs
- Proven ability to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail needed
- Watch and/or jewelry product knowledge
- Familiarity with Shopify, SAP, and LiveChat
- Experience with online/remote selling
