Responsibilities include:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering product recommendations.
- Communicate product features and benefits to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash and credit card payments
- Maintain a clean and organized store floor
- Stock shelves and replenish merchandise as needed
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Proven ability to sell products and understand product knowledge
- Organizational skills to maintain a tidy sales floor and manage inventory
- Cash handling experience is desirable
