What are the responsibilities and job description for the Insurance Coverage Attorney (Remote) position at Watchdog?
Candidates can work remotely but must reside in the state of Texas. Local to Dallas preferred.
Ideal candidates will have coverage experience, including a strong litigation background, experience analyzing coverage issues, drafting coverage opinions, pleadings, and dispositive motions, and conducting discovery in insurance coverage litigation.
Experience with tasks such as taking and defending depositions, attending court conferences, or arguing motions is preferred.
Candidates must be admitted and in good standing in Texas.
Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
