Job Title: CDL Driver Location: Beebe, Arkansas Pay Rage: $20-22/hour, depending on experience | Weekly Pay Schedule: Monday–Friday | Start Time: 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM | 10 Hour Days | 50 hours a week About the Role: Waste Connections is looking to hire a dependable and safety-focused CDL Driver to join our team. You will begin and conclude your daily shifts at our Beebe Transfer Station, located in Beebe, AR. In this role, you’ll operate a rear load garbage truck, servicing customers by collecting solid waste and transporting it to a local transfer station or landfill. This is a physically demanding position that requires working outdoors in all weather conditions. What You’ll Do: Safely operate a rear load garbage truck on assigned residential or commercial routes Collect solid waste and transport loads to the designated disposal facility Perform routine pre- and post-trip inspections of your vehicle Communicate clearly with dispatch, customers, and teammates Maintain compliance with DOT and company safety standards Requirements: Valid Class A or B CDL Clean driving record 2 years of CDL driving experience Waste industry experience is a plus Why Join Waste Connections?
