Job Overview
The Sales Coordinator, reporting to the General Manager, supports the sales team by managing backend processes, coordinating customer requests, and ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the sales cycle. This role is essential to enabling efficient sales operations while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Serving as a central liaison between Sales, Dispatch, Operations, and Billing, the Sales Coordinator ensures that customer requests, job details, and service expectations are clearly communicated and executed accurately. The role is responsible for maintaining organized workflows, ensuring timely follow-up on active jobs, and preserving data integrity across systems.
By enhancing process efficiency, supporting accurate billing and documentation, and driving consistent execution, the Sales Coordinator contributes to overall team performance and helps deliver a seamless customer experience from initial request through service completion.

Essential Job Functions
- Support sales team with quotes, proposals and customer documentation
- Maintain accurate CRM data, including customer information, pricing and service details
- Coordinate service and scheduling details with Dispatch and Operations
- Track active jobs, orders, and ensure timely follow through
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries and provide updates in a professional and timely manner
- Support billing accuracy by ensuring job details, pricing and documentation are complete
- Assist with customer onboarding and account setup
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure alignment on customer needs and service execution
- Identify process gaps and communicate opportunity for improvement
- Provide administrative and reporting support to the sales team
- Other duties as assigned
What You Need:
- 2-4 years of experience in customer service, sales support and/or administrative roles
- Experience with CRM or scheduling systems preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external customers.
- Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
