The Branch Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of a branch’s operations, with full accountability for profitability, operational performance, customer satisfaction, and business growth. This role oversees service, parts, sales support, inventory, safety, compliance, facilities, and financial management while maintaining full P&L responsibility. The Branch Manager is expected to drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, develop and lead employees, build customer relationships, and ensure the branch meets performance goals. The ideal candidate is a strong, hands-on leader with experience managing budgets, leading teams, improving processes, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced operational environment. Salary 125-140k plus 20% bonus, plus car and phone allowance.
