- $30.12/hour (80% of contract rate)
- $33.89/hour after 6 months (90%)
- $37.65/hour after 1 year (100%)
- Schedule: Wednesday–Saturday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

- Safely operate heavy equipment such as compactors, dozers, excavators, and graders
- Assist with loading and unloading materials
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment
- Direct onsite traffic to maintain safety and efficiency
- Identify and address potential hazards
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with drivers and team members
- Experience operating heavy equipment (compactors, dozers, excavators, graders)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong safety mindset and attention to detail
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to communicate in English for safety purposes (Spanish is a plus)
- Ability to work in environments with dust, noise, odors, and typical landfill conditions
