🕒 Schedule
- Monday to Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
- Overtime: 3–10 hours/week on average
- Base Pay: $29.00 – $30.25/hour
- Shift Differential: $1.50/hour
- CDL Premium: $1.00/hour for CDL holders
- Total Starting Pay: $30.50 – $31.75/hour (or more with CDL)
- Tool Allowance: $125/month
- Annual Boot Voucher

🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance on garbage trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment
- Use fleet maintenance software to manage service records
- Conduct safety inspections and maintain a clean, OSHA-compliant shop
- Collaborate with drivers to identify and resolve vehicle issues
- Complete repairs based on Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIRs)
- At least two years of hands-on experience performing preventative maintenance in a professional environment
- Background in commercial vehicle or diesel engine maintenance is highly desirable
- Must hold a valid driver’s license
- Required to have a personal set of basic tools and a toolbox
- Comfortable using computers and diagnostic software for troubleshooting and maintenance
- Brings a strong work ethic, a positive mindset, and a willingness to learn and grow in the role
