🕒 Monday–Friday; start times vary between 3:00 am and 8:00 am based on the needs of the site. Occasional weekend work. Averaging 50 hours per week.

💰 $90,000–$120,000 30% cash/equity bonus

What You’ll Do

As an Operations Manager, you’ll lead day-to-day hauling operations while developing your leadership team and driving performance across safety, service, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise drivers and frontline supervisors in daily collection operations
• Monitor routes and staffing; adjust resources in real time to meet service demands
• Partner with the District Manager on budgeting and P&L performance
• Coach, develop, and hold accountable a team of frontline leaders
• Conduct field inspections and safety audits to ensure compliance and best practices
• Handle and resolve customer escalations with professionalism and urgency
• Oversee environmental, OSHA, and local regulatory compliance
• Set and execute short- and long-term operational goals
• Drive a strong safety culture and continuous improvement mindset
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 5 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced, people-heavy environment
• Proven ability to manage large, hourly teams and shifting priorities
• Experience with operations, logistics, or field-based teams
• Exposure to budgeting or P&L management
• Strong decision-making, communication, and leadership skills
• Proficient in Excel and business systems
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Willingness to relocate for advancement opportunities
