Key Responsibilities
- Lead monthly financial close and prepare financial statements
- Reconcile general ledger accounts
- Analyze financial variances and prepare monthly forecasts
- Conduct rate reviews and financial modeling
- Communicate financial insights to operational teams
- Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
- Support annual budgeting and planning
- Train non-financial staff on financial processes and controls
- Collaborate with regulatory agencies as needed
- Travel and relocation opportunities available
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (BS/BA)
- 1–3 years of accounting experience required
- 2 years in public accounting strongly preferred
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, analytical, and collaborative mindset
