If you’re open to relocation and ready to take on new challenges, we want you on our team! What You’ll Do: Monitor daily operations, adjust staffing, and reassign employees as needed. Develop and execute safety goals to keep our team and community safe. Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance and best practices. Review and resolve customer concerns related to post-collection programs. Lead performance reviews and coaching conversations. Set short- and long-term goals for transfer stations and execute action plans. Manage budgets and P&L for multiple sites. Oversee compliance programs including environmental, OSHA, and local permitting. Take on additional responsibilities as needed What We’re Looking For: Willingness to relocate for promotional opportunities based on performance. Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred. 2 years of leadership experience in a dynamic, people-driven environment. Strong written and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities. Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel and business systems.
