The Landscape Design Support role provides critical assistance to the design team by maintaining and organizing design systems, preparing project materials, supporting client communication, and ensuring smooth workflow throughout the design process. This position helps designers stay focused on high-level creative and technical work by managing the tools, data, and processes that keep projects moving efficiently.

Skills:

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update design systems, templates, plant data, and material libraries.
- Organize and manage design files, shared drives, and project folders for accuracy and consistency.
- Prepare project materials such as pre-design packets, site photos, meeting notes, and presentation assets.
- Coordinate with clients to gather information, schedule meetings, and provide basic updates.
- Support designers by sourcing plant/material information and preparing revisions or updated materials.
- Assist with project tracking, timelines, and general workflow organization to keep the design process moving smoothly.
- Communicate and collaborate with maintenance, sales, design, install, and nursery teams as needed.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency across all design-related workflows.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
