Mulch Crew Leader – Lead with Impact, Transform Outdoor Spaces!

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and supervise a team during mulch installations and other landscaping projects.
- Plan daily schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time.
- Blow down 50–70 yards of mulch per day, maintaining speed, precision, and quality.
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and training crew members in proper equipment use.
- Perform quality inspections to ensure all work meets company standards and exceeds client expectations.
- Assist with landscaping tasks including lawn care, pruning, planting, and irrigation installation or repair.
- Provide mentorship and hands-on training to your crew in horticultural techniques and industry best practices.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address questions, concerns, and project specifications.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in landscaping, landscape maintenance, or related outdoor construction work.
- Leadership experience preferred; ability to manage, inspire, and develop a team.
- Strong knowledge of horticulture, lawn care, tree care, irrigation systems, and general landscape principles.
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
