Job Summary:
The Site Leader learns to operate every job function in the site and works closely with the Regional Manager on an ongoing basis. They are exceptional at learning, mentoring, and building relationships with others. Strong retail, sales, business ownership, and tenures with a great track record could be a background that excels in this industry. You will receive mentorship and coaching from the Site Manager, and have an opportunity to differentiate yourself quickly from all other associates.
Duties/Responsibilities :
- Assists coaching on sales, customer greeting, and with training new team members. Partners with Directors of Recruiting and Training on all new initiatives.
- Helps in overseeing the daily workflow and scheduling of team members.
- Ensures the necessary equipment is available and in working order.
- Participates in the wash process and able to operate all car wash equipment.
- Able to carry out periodic maintenance of equipment and keep them in proper working order.
- Performs daily housekeeping tasks.
- Leads team in conducting daily safety checks on equipment.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Responsible for terminations of employees with approval from HR or an executive team member.
- Performs daily and weekly equipment assessments to monitor wash performance, identifies necessary repairs, and suggests improvement recommendations.
- Promotes safe working conditions through equipment maintenance and housekeeping, as well as ensuring proper safety practices are followed and enforced.
- Analyzes and resolves work related problems or assists employees in solving problems.
- Able to schedule site operations efficiently and effectively.
- Monitors site operations and provides guidance in troubleshooting any problem areas which includes resolution of customer complaints.
- Manages and audits cash intake and may be responsible for bank deposits.
- Develops SOPs to reduce process variation and delays.
- Schedules preventative maintenance of equipment.
- Ensures site is stocked with appropriate inventory of necessary items (vending, PPE, spare maintenance parts, etc.).
- Understands the site budget and the impact of operational decisions. Controls costs and expenses within budgeted tolerances.
- Authorized to speak with utility companies and must have all vendor names and contacts.
- Coaches employees to develop leadership, communication, and trouble-shooting skills.
- Promotes working together with all employees to build excellent working relationships and continual improvement within the site.
- Monitors site on off days through spot AI camera system and through contact with the site team should any guidance or managerial decisions need to be made.
- Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous related experience preferred.
- On-the-job training provided.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of standing during car wash operation.
- Must be physically able to operate and repair equipment, which may involve bending, squatting, and crawling.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds at times.
