Job Title: Car Wash Sales Associate

We are #1 in our space and have had incredible growth and internal promotion rate. We give incredible Sales Training and support to our new hires. This employee will also receive a portion of the daily tips from the site, and it is normally generous, along with an hourly wage.
Job Summary:
A Car Wash Sales Associate performs various functions such as welcoming customers and ensuring they receive great satisfaction with every car wash. They are responsible for selling current wash promotions to every customer and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Must be an expert on all the services we provide and be able to educate our customers on services that will fit their needs including selling monthly wash plans. Must be able to try to overcome the customers “No” when selling the wash promotion.
- Maintains a safe and clean work area.
- Conducts daily safety checks on equipment.
- Performs daily housekeeping.
- Able to assist with periodic maintenance of equipment.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to display courteous and professional attitude with both customers and team
members.
- Strong ability to work flexible hours, such as weekends.
- Ability to work outdoors and be efficient in all weather conditions.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to follow directions and correctly implement tasks.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must have .
- On-the-job training provided.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of standing during car wash operation.
- Must be physically able to operate equipment, which may involve bending, squatting, and
crawling.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds at times.
