Job Title: Assistant Site Leader

Job Summary:
The Assistant Site Leader can operate every job function in the site and assists the Site Manager on an ongoing basis.

Duties/Responsibilities :

• Assists with training new team members.
• Helps in overseeing the daily workflow and scheduling of team members.
• Ensures the necessary equipment is available and in working order.
• Participates in the wash process and able to operate all car wash equipment.
• Able to carry out periodic maintenance of equipment and keep them in proper working order.
• Performs daily housekeeping tasks.
• Leads team in conducting daily safety checks on equipment.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Ability to display courteous and professional attitude with both customers and team members.
• Excellent customer service skills to ensure optimum customer satisfaction.
• Strong ability to work flexible hours, such as weekends.
• Ability to work outdoors and be efficient in all weather conditions.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to follow directions and correctly implement tasks.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous related experience preferred.
• On-the-job training provided.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing during car wash operation.
• Must be physically able to operate and repair equipment, which may involve bending, squatting, and crawling.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds at times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
