Job Title: Construction Project Coordinator

Washville is #1, and we'd like to speak with you. The onsite job location is in Nashua.
Job Summary:
The Construction Project Coordinator supports the full project lifecycle, from initial entitlement through construction completion. This role acts as a vital link between the internal development team, consultants, and contractors, ensuring projects move forward efficiently. Autocad fluency is mandatory, and we also use Procor, Buildertrend, and need Microsoft compliant people. Analytics as it relates to each function is important.
We prefer someone with an OSHA 10 or OSHA 40. They must know how to read blueprints, site grading, layouts, and survey work. They would always do a quality double check of contractors and their work, grading, oversight coordinating meetings. They’re responsible for doing job and schedule updates. Our design and equipment design is being brought onsite.Nashua site. Field work days. Washville HQ. Office upstairs.
Must be able to create 3D renderings and site plans, coordinate utility connections, lead weekly meetings, and track project schedules and budgets. The Construction Project Coordinator must also have strong communication skills, experience with construction documentation, and is willing to travel to project sites.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Entitlement Support
- Develop conceptual site plans and collaborate with consultants to refine plans for
prospective developments.
- Create 3D models and visual renderings for redevelopment and new construction
projects.
- Coordinate concept designs with architectural and civil engineering consultants.
- Assist with planning and coordination of utility connections for potential projects.
Construction Coordination
- Coordinate pre-construction and construction activities with consultants, contractors,
utility providers, and permitting authorities.
- Lead and facilitate weekly onsite meetings with project stakeholders, including owners,
architects, contractors, and utility representatives.
- Organize and conduct pre-construction meetings and site visits to establish project
scope, schedules, and deadlines.
- Prepare clear and concise meeting minutes for all project meetings.
- Monitor contractor-submitted data and documentation within Procore.
- Maintain contract documentation logs, including schedules, material status reports,
RFIs, and submittals; ensure timely responses to outstanding items.
- Provide weekly construction progress reports to the Development Team, highlighting
schedules, key issues, and critical decisions impacting project timelines and budgets.
- Travel as required, primarily within New England and Long Island.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Experience in entitlement coordination, pre-construction planning, and construction project
coordination.
- Ability to manage and collaborate with consultants and contractors effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve organizational and individual goals while maintaining high standards of performance.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks
in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey
information across all levels of management.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Procore or Buildertrend.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may be considered.
- Ability to perform all essential job functions
