Position Summary

The Coordinator for Individual Giving reports to the Executive Director of Operations and Strategy for Individual Giving and manages reporting and administrative support, travel management, interview scheduling, project management, and creating, updating, and distributing multiple monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. The Coordinator plays a critical role in partnering around supporting Individual Giving leadership and provides necessary and timely information for effective decision-making around operations, strategy and Regional Cabinets. This position also supports Director of Regional Special Events and Special Projects and serves as a backup for the Senior Coordinator for Individual Giving.

Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Project Coordination

  • Serve as coordinator for planning and implementing Territory Engagement efforts, including managing several complex projects Regional Cabinets, in partnership with Director of Regional Cabinets and Special Projects.
  • Schedule and monitor all aspects of the interview process for recruiting within Individual Giving.
  • Work closely with Individual Giving coordinators and administrative assistants to ensure project deadlines are met and responses are well-coordinated and well-executed.
  • Collaborate with Senior Coordinator for Individual Giving on department-wide projects, data management and team-building activities.
  • Support the Individual Giving Executive Director and Director in managing special projects, which may include preparing, editing, and proofreading documents and completing other duties as assigned to support the goals of Individual Giving.

High-Level Support

  • Provide high-level support to the Executive Director of Strategy and Operations and Director of Regional Cabinets and Special Projects for Individual Giving.
  • Serve as the vital communication link between the Individual Giving support services team.
  • Serve as additional support for Individual Giving AVC when Senior Coordinator when needed, including but not limited to filling in as needed when administrative assistants are out of the office, assist with additional project support, etc.
  • Discern between critical needs and those that can wait and communicate appropriately.

Reporting

  • Create and maintain multiple reports for the Executive Director and Director of Individual Giving.
  • Reporting may involve submitting metrics, data requests, formatting raw data, compiling, and storing tables in an accessible drive for all parties, focused on Regional Cabinets and Territory Engagement.
  • Produce monthly, quarterly, annual, and other reports as needed.

Salary Range

$21.17 - $32.85 / Hourly

The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
