Clinical Services Manager – Maple Lane Campus, WA

Lead where clinical care meets the legal system.

This role sits at the center of Washington's civil commitment process – where clinical expertise directly impacts patient rights, safety, and outcomes. You will guide teams, shape expanding programs, and represent care decisions in court.

In This Role, You Will

  • Lead civil commitment clinical operations across multiple programs, ensuring full compliance with RCW 71.05
  • Produce and oversee high-quality court petitions that meet legal and clinical standards
  • Represent programs in court, delivering clear, credible testimony
  • Strengthen and stabilize multidisciplinary treatment teams
  • Improve consistency and quality of evidence-based care delivery
  • Identify and implement process improvements across clinical operations
  • Support successful launch of new units as the campus expands
  • Ensure clinical staffing and program readiness align with growth demands

You will lead and support multidisciplinary treatment teams within a growing behavioral health campus. The environment is mission-driven, fast-evolving, and highly collaborative, with strong alignment between clinical leadership and legal processes.

Who Should Apply

We are seeking professionals who meet one of the following:

  • Licensed Psychologist (or eligible within 6 months) with leadership experience in inpatient or residential psychiatric settings, OR
  • Licensed Psychologist with experience in forensic, civil commitment, or court-involved clinical work and team supervision

Some Of What You Will Do

  • Lead development and oversight of civil commitment petitions
  • Provide expert court testimony and represent clinical decisions
  • Supervise and develop clinical staff, ensuring high-quality care delivery
  • Guide treatment teams in applying evidence-based practices
  • Evaluate team performance and implement operational improvements
  • Partner with leadership on staffing strategy and program expansion
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and clinical standards
  • Support onboarding and readiness for new program units

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Washington civil commitment statute (RCW 71.05)
  • Direct experience writing civil commitment petitions
  • Prior court testimony experience in a clinical capacity
  • Experience supporting program expansion or new unit development
  • Background in forensic or state hospital settings
