Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations, including dining room, bar, and kitchen coordination
- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and service
- Monitor and maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
Team Leadership & Development
- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff across all departments
- Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture
- Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and development
Guest Experience
- Maintain a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for guests
- Address customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Build relationships with regular patrons and the local community
Financial Performance
- Manage budgets, labor costs, and inventory to meet financial goals
- Analyze sales trends and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability

Qualifications
- 3–5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a full-service setting

- Knowledge of food, beverage, and bar operations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
