What are the responsibilities and job description for the Case Manager position at Washington-Morgan Counties Community Action?
Case Manager: Seeking to hire a full-time Case Manager in Washington and Morgan Counties, Ohio. The qualified individual will be responsible for coordinating and providing ongoing support and expertise through assessment, planning, implementation and overall of evaluation of the individual clients needs.
Education and/or Experience: Must have a minimum of an Associate's Degree in Social Service, Mental Health or related field.
Additional Qualifications: Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance. Pass a background check.
Starting pay: 2 yr. degree $16.22 4 yr. degree $18.09 Masters degree 19.64
