The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the voice of WMF for our customers — the person who turns a frustrating problem into a resolved one, and a routine question into a chance to build trust. You'll manage customer accounts, troubleshoot issues, and help keep our reputation for reliability strong.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, resolving product and service issues and answering questions about our offerings
• Investigate customer complaints, identify root causes, and guide customers to the best solution — following up to confirm the issue is fully resolved
• Maintain accurate, detailed records of customer correspondence, account information, and service interactions
• Process customer refunds, shipments, and account adjustments
• Protect customer confidentiality, particularly around financial and personal information
• Compile and analyze customer service data to help identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Identify opportunities to introduce customers to additional WMF products and services
• Pitch in on team projects and other duties as needed

What You Bring

• 2-3 years of customer service experience
• Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional phone presence
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• A knack for defusing tension and finding solutions that leave customers satisfied
• Comfort learning the ins and outs of our industry, products, and market
• Solid data entry, typing, and word processing skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard phone systems
• A collaborative mindset and genuine interest in supporting your teammates
• College degree preferred, but not required
