Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes and guest preferences

Provide warm, attentive, and professional guest service to enhance the overall bar experience

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including glassware, counters, and equipment

Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels, restocking supplies, and assisting with ordering as needed

Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards, including responsible alcohol service policies

Accurately process cash and credit transactions in accordance with hotel procedures

Assist in creating and testing new cocktail recipes and seasonal promotions

Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction

Collaborate with bar, kitchen, and restaurant teams to ensure seamless service flow

Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working as a bartender in a high-volume establishment.
- Proven track record of providing excellent customer service in a hospitality environment.
- Experience in preparing a wide variety of cocktails and beverages.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong knowledge of mixology, including classic and contemporary cocktail recipes.
