About The Opportunity
Recording documents and processing marriage licenses involves working with a database and other software, so you’ll need to have solid computer skills and be able to perform detailed work with accuracy. You'll review documents presented for recording in person, through the mail, or electronically, and then enter data from those documents into our database. You’ll use hardware like scanners to digitize paper documents and microfilm readers to research old records. You'll also process payments, balance a cash drawer, and prepare daily deposits.
After successfully passing the probationary period you will have the option of a hybrid remote/in office work schedule.

The Recording Team Consists Of
- 1 Supervisor
- 1 Senior Administrative Specialist
- 7 Administrative Specialist IIs
- Capable multi-tasker, managing simultaneous tasks efficiently
- You’ll need to have the ability to concentrate on detailed work, periodically pause to help our customers, then pick up where you left off
- Excellent customer service skills
- Thorough attention to detail
- Ability to enter data accurately into a database
- Effective self-motivation and time management ability
- A team-oriented attitude
- Ability to accurately process payment transactions, balance a cash drawer, and prepare deposits

Minimum Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent; and
- Three (3) years of progressively responsible experience providing administrative or clerical support.
- Possession of Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) or other applicable certifications may substitute for up to one (1) year of the experience requirement.
- Required to pass a criminal background check
