Job Duties
- Data Organization: Sorting paper documents by client
- Scanning: Using office equipment to scan records directly into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Compliance & Privacy: Strictly maintaining the confidentiality and privacy of sensitive client medical records
- Participate in required training
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
Core Competencies
- Basic computer skills
- Comfort working within electronic medical records software
- Proficiency using office copier and scanners
- Ability to work independently, maintain appropriate professional boundaries and present a professional appearance and demeanor
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 10-20 pounds (likely handling boxes)
