The Stadium Events & Operations College Program is a paid, part-time, seasonal opportunity designed for current college students or recent graduates keen to embark on their professional journey within the sports industry. This program offers a blend of structured professional development and immersive, hands-on experience.

Throughout 2026-2027, you will be involved in Washington Commanders games, major stadium events, and may also assist with additional office or private events. You will gain invaluable exposure through our Security, Community Relations, and Ticket Operations departments. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Operations team with a wide range of tasks at all Stadium Events and Washington Commanders home games during the 2026-2027 season.
  • Participate in pre-event briefings to align on objectives, timelines, and specific responsibilities.
  • Ensure the implementation of all safety and security procedures at Northwest Stadium.
  • Develop and apply customer service strategies to ensure outstanding guest experiences.
  • Contribute valuable insights in post-event reviews, offering suggestions for optimizing future game-day operations.
  • Potential for involvement in additional events as needed.

Position Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited University or College, or a recent graduate.  
  • This opportunity will begin July 27th and run through the end of January 2027. 
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event scheduling.
  • Availability to commit to all stadium events and Washington Commanders home games.
  • A strong passion and interest for learning and growing within stadium operations or venue management. 
  • Professional demeanor, exceptional communication skills, and a dedicated work ethic.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work both independently and effectively within a team environment.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and walk long distances, including outdoor environments.

Compensation: 
  • Hourly: $15.30
