Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, adhering to established cleanliness standards.
- Conduct floor care activities, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces to maintain pristine conditions.
- Manage laundry services by washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels efficiently.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping management team to ensure proper inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Provide exceptional hospitality by responding promptly to guest requests for additional amenities or services.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations while executing cleaning tasks to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Assist in training new housekeeping staff members on best practices and operational procedures.
- Foster a positive work atmosphere that encourages teamwork and effective communication among all staff members.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles, preferably within the hospitality industry.
