What are the responsibilities and job description for the HOUSEKEEPER position at Freedom Behavioral Hospital of Greenville?
Generalized cleaning and disinfecting of the Hospital utilizing good practices related to terminal cleaning, disinfecting and infection control. Maintains a safe environment by keeping all cleaning supplies secured at all times. Follow safe practices when around patients in a controlled environment. Moves furniture, equipment and supplies in and around facility. Performs a variety of environmental services duties to maintain the facility in a neat, orderly and sanitary condition. Work environment characteristics are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may occasionally be exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment may be moderate to high. The work environment may include chemicals used for cleaning, and have dust, mist, and stream generated in housekeeping tasks. This is a smoke-free workplace. Ability to work weekends and a clear driving record is a must. This employee must be able to pick up patients meals-breakfast-lunch-supper during the weekend shifts.

License: MUST HAVE VAILD DRIVER LICENSE
