Duties
Assist with the installation of rebar and concrete forms, ensuring structural integrity and adherence to schematics and blueprints
Operate power tools and hand tools safely to support framing, carpentry, roofing, and finishing tasks
Participate in concrete mixing, pouring, finishing, and pumping to achieve smooth, durable surfaces
Help with masonry work including tile laying, stucco application, and heavy lifting of materials
Support heavy equipment operation and commercial driving for material transport around the site
Perform demolition, restoration, and renovation tasks as needed to prepare sites for new construction or updates
Read schematics and blueprints to understand project requirements and execute tasks accurately
Assist with metal stud framing, drywall installation, caulking, trim carpentry, and plastering for interior finishes
Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times while maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Experience
Previous construction site experience is highly preferred; familiarity with various trades such as masonry, carpentry, roofing, or restoration is a plus
Hands-on experience with heavy equipment operation and the use of power tools is desirable
Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings to interpret project plans effectively
Mechanical knowledge related to construction estimating, concrete pumping systems, or metal framing enhances your ability to contribute effectively
Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physically demanding tasks throughout the workday
Experience in commercial driving or operating large machinery can be advantageous
Strong teamwork skills combined with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards are essential for success in this role
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
