Overnight Commercial Cleaner
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Overnight Commercial Cleaner to service restaurant locations during late-night hours. This is a part-time (W-9) position with flexible scheduling once training is complete. Work sites vary across Oʻahu, including Honolulu, Kapolei, Kailua, Mililani, and Schofield, with one location per shift.
Schedule
- Shift starts at 9:00 PM
- Typical end time between 3:00 AM and 5:00 AM
- Part-time, a few days per week
- Once trained and able to clean independently, schedule and completion time are flexible as long as standards are met
Pay
- $25–$30 per hour, based on experience and performance
- Paid training provided
Work Location
- Restaurant locations across Oʻahu
- Single site per shift
- Reliable transportation is required
Responsibilities
- Perform general commercial cleaning duties in restaurant environments
- Tasks may include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, restroom cleaning, surface cleaning, and general sanitation
- Follow company cleaning standards and checklists (provided after training)
- Safely handle cleaning tools, equipment, and chemicals
- Ensure locations are cleaned thoroughly and consistently to client expectations
Training & Equipment
- Paid training provided
- Equipment will be provided during training
- After training, contractors are expected to purchase and maintain their own cleaning chemicals and tools
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Cleaning experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
- Must be able to lift and move up to 25 pounds
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required
- Must pass a background check
- Able to work overnight hours independently
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Employment Classification

- Contractor is responsible for their own taxes, tools, and supplies after training
