Responsibilities and Duties
- Thanking all customers with a smile and providing exceptional customer service.
- Operating proper equipment retracts to ensure that cars are receiving an excellent wash.
- Maintaining a clean store with daily upkeep.
- Adhere to company safety procedures and OSHA standards.
- Adhere to company training and policies.
- Perform routine maintenance on an hourly basis.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve team and personal goals.
Qualifications and Skills

Wash attendant starting pays at $15 an hour with quarterly bonuses and tip incentives. Our Assistant Manager salary is $47,500 plus quarterly bonuses and additional company insurance benefits.Levels of promotions are as follows: Wash Attendant, Assistant Manager, Manager, Senior manager, Regional Operations Manager, and Director of Operations.
