Position Overview
We’re looking for a reliable, energetic Car Wash Attendant to join our team. This role is key to keeping vehicles moving safely and customers leaving happy. You’ll be working outdoors, on your feet, and as part of a team that takes pride in delivering a clean, smooth, and professional wash experience every time.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide vehicles safely and clearly into the wash tunnel
- Ensure proper vehicle positioning on the conveyor system
- Perform pre-wash prep, including spraying and scrubbing high-impact areas
- Check vehicles for potential issues (loose parts, open windows, mirrors, etc.) before entry
- Maintain a steady and safe flow of cars during busy periods
- Provide friendly, professional customer interaction
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all safety procedures and equipment guidelines
Qualifications
- Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods
- Good hand–eye coordination and strong situational awareness
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Reliable and punctual
- Previous car wash, automotive, or general labor experience
- Customer service experience
- Experience in fast-paced work environments
Pay & Schedule
- Pay: $15–$17 per hour (based on experience)
- Shifts available: Morning, afternoon, and evening shifts
- Flexible scheduling may be available
