About the Employer
The Wasco Union Elementary School District serves over 3,650 students in grade levels pre-kindergarten through eighth grade. Founded in 1940, the district is comprised of four elementary schools and two middle schools. The district strives to provide a rigorous and supportive educational program, strong community partnerships and high levels of parental involvement. Requirements / Qualifications
Required Qualifications: Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent Possession of a valid California Driver’s License Possession of or ability to obtain school bus drivers certificate issued by the California Department of Motor Vehicles Basic knowledge of modern grounds keeping methods and procedures The ability to follow verbal and written instructions Knowledge of save working methods and procedures Ability to work well with others. Desirable Qualifications: Ability to adapt to changing needs and conditions Good attendance record from past or present employment Basic piping skills
