Skills And Abilities Summary

- Process and Product Quality Support: Apply quality engineering principles to ensure product and process compliance with quality standards.
- Internal Audit Program: Plan and conduct internal audits to the ISO9001 Quality Management Standard and Wasco’s documented procedures.
- Root Cause and Corrective Actions: Lead investigations into quality issues and develop corrective action plans.
- Data Analysis and Risk Management: Analyze data, conduct risk assessments, and support FMEA and other preventive quality tools.
- Supplier and Customer Support: Work with suppliers and customers to address quality requirements and resolve issues.
- Continuous Improvement: Support initiatives that improve process capability, reduce defects, and enhance efficiency.

Skills And Abilities Summary
- Technical Problem-Solving: Understands the necessary elements of an operator controllable process. Apply quality engineering methods and structured problem-solving to resolve complex quality issues.
- Internal Auditing Expertise: Understanding of ISO9001 QMS Requirements and experience conducting process audits in a manufacturing environment, including Audit reporting and Corrective Action initiation.
- Root Cause Analysis Expertise: Use tools such as 5 Whys, Fishbone, and FMEA to identify and prevent failures.
- Data-Driven Approach: Collect, analyze, and interpret quality data to support decisions. Firm command of descriptive statistics, intermediate or above excel skills. Effectively applies SPC and MSA in a factory setting.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure quality integration.
- Standards Knowledge: Understand ISO 9001 and industry-specific standards to ensure compliance.
