Job Summary:
Serve as a key point of contact for customers by receiving, reviewing, and processing orders with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring alignment with company standards while delivering positive and professional customer experience.
Essential Functions:
· Sales Support & Customer Interaction
Provides daily sales assistance, interacts with customers, manages account data, and supports customer relationship management.
· Order Management & ERP Processing
Reviews and enters orders into ERP systems, acknowledges purchase orders, and ensures accurate order fulfillment.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration
Works closely with sales teams and other departments to coordinate efforts, share insights, and support strategic initiatives.
· Communication & Reporting

Requirements:MIN EXPERIENCE
