Medical Scribe and Treatment Coordinator

We are seeking individuals who wish to be actively involved in the success of the patients' treatment, the growth of our practice, and their own development.

Qualifications:

• Medical scribe or dictation experience
• Sales or treatment coordination experience
• Insurance and prior authorization experience
• Communications skills
• Bilingual English and Spanish
• Familiarity with medical terminology
• Typing and computer skills
• Strong work ethic

Responsibilities:

• Clearly explain treatments and utilize sales techniques to assist patient is proceeding with recommended plan
• Review and document patient history and present illness
• Present patient case and all necessary information to provider
• Document and chart visit note details and plans in EHR
• Review clinical data matching it against specified medical criteria for accurate charting
• Pre and post procedure patient monitoring
• Travel to multiple clinic locations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
