Role: Business Systems Analyst

The Role:
Candidates must be excellent analytical thinkers, problem solvers, and effective communicators. They must also have exceptional written and oral communication abilities. Leadership, initiative, and advanced technical skills are integral.
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement and automation, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Performing requirements analysis.
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
- Acting as a liaison between developers/software providers and end users to ensure technical compatibility and satisfaction.
- Analyzing data, developing reports and dashboards.
- Performing quality assurance and user acceptance testing.
- Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.
- Implementing, integrating, and maintaining information systems.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Strong understanding of relational databases, SQL
- Advanced data analysis skills
- Experience in SSRS, PowerBI, Power Query, Python preferred
- Data warehousing and architecture
- Cloud experience; AWS, Azure, M365
- Detail-oriented, analytical and inquisitive
- Ability to work independently and with others
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science or a similar field from an accredited college or university.
- At least 5 years of applicable work experience
