We are seeking an elementary school teacher to co-teach in the K-2 classroom and who will provide high-quality reading and math instruction and nature-centered place-and-project-based learning. Teachers who are a great fit for our school will be committed to teaching in multi-age classrooms and using standards-aligned, evidence-based, engaging curricula for deeper learning. We are also looking for teachers excited to take our foundational curriculum, based on EL Education units, and build upon it, centering the environment and student inquiry. Other curricula we use are Illustrative Mathematics (IM) in kindergarten through sixth grades and the University of Florida Literacy Institute (UFLI) in grades kindergarten through third based on the Science of Reading.
