Duties
- Manage and organize all project and quality documentation using document management systems such as SharePoint and ERP systems
- Maintain accurate filing of electronic and physical documents, ensuring easy retrieval and secure storage
- Support the implementation and adherence to ISO 13485 (medical device quality management) and ISO 9001 standards by maintaining relevant documentation
- Proofread, review, and verify documents for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards
- Assist in data entry, records management, and data management activities to ensure up-to-date information across platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate document approval workflows and version control
- Conduct regular audits of records to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
Requirements
- Proven experience in document management, records management, or administrative roles with a focus on quality systems
- Familiarity with ISO 13485, ISO 9001, and quality management principles
- Proficiency in SharePoint, ERP systems, and other document management systems
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy in filing and data entry
- Excellent proofreading, technical writing, and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality control
- Prior experience in a regulated environment or with medical device or manufacturing industries is a plus
