Role Description
This is a full-time position for either a Litigation Legal Assistant or a Paralegal, depending on experience and skill set.
The Litigation Legal Assistant role involves managing administrative aspects of case intake, obtaining medical records, assisting with discovery, coordinating pre-suit investigation, and supporting attorneys and paralegals as needed.
The Paralegal role involves traditional paralegal responsibilities, including managing cases from inception through resolution.
Qualifications and Preferences
