Warriors Heart is a 42-day inpatient residential treatment facility serving veterans, law enforcement, and first responders, providing a safe and supportive environment focused on healing and recovery.
Position Summary
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the Environment of Care (EOC) and ensuring the facility property remains safe, functional, and well-maintained for clients and staff. This role supports a 24/7 residential environment, including emergency and on-call repairs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1years of maintenance experience (residential/ranch preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and be on feet for extended periods
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willing to work on-call, weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure
- Fluent in English (read, write, speak)
- Valid driver’s license in good standing
- Willing to submit to random drug and alcohol screening
Job Type: Full-time
