No tower experience required. Paid training and certifications provided.
This role can be a strong fit for people with backgrounds in construction, roofing, tree trimming, scaffolding, iron work, HVAC, general labor, military service, first responder work, or other physically demanding jobs.

Pay, Hours & Advancement
- $22–$32/hour depending on experience
- Overtime available
- Typical schedule is 40–60 hours per week
- Paid travel
- Hotels and per diem provided when traveling overnight
- Rapid advancement opportunities to Lead Technician and Foreman roles
- Full-time, year-round work
What You’ll Do
- Climb telecommunications towers up to 350 feet using certified safety gear and fall protection equipment
- Install, maintain, and upgrade 4G / 5G wireless equipment
- Install antennas, radios, cables, and other telecom infrastructure
- Assist with tower modifications, maintenance, and inspections
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Travel to job sites with a crew
- Follow strict safety procedures and industry standards at all times

This position requires routine travel with overnight stays depending on project needs and job location.

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Must live within commuting distance of Indianapolis, IN
- Must be physically capable of climbing towers and lifting 50 lbs
- Must be comfortable working at heights up to 350 feet
- Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Must pass background check and drug test
