Job Responsibilities:

✅Climb telecom towers up to 350 feet (using full safety gear – training provided!)

✅Install & maintain 4G/5G telecom equipment

✅Work outdoors in all weather conditions

✅Use safety gear & follow strict safety protocols

✅Travel with a crew – all expenses covered!

Who We’re Looking For:

✅Worked in construction, roofing, HVAC, scaffolding, Tree trimming / arborist, general labor, construction, firemen, or similar trades? Enjoy rock climbing, skiing, etc., You’re a great fit!

✅Military veterans and first responders are highly encouraged to apply!

Pay, Hours & Benefits:

✅ $22-$32/hr overtime pay (40-60 hrs/week)

Job Requirements:

✅Must have a valid driver’s license

✅Must be within commuting distance to Indianapolis, IN

✅Pass background check & drug test

✅Physically fit – able to lift 50 lbs & climb towers
