Job Description

  • Full-time (Overtime, as required)
  • Responsibilities may include: lifting, banding, moving, hanging and taking down steel product/material on/off paint rack, deburring, machine operation, blasting, material handling, painting, assembly of steel parts, other tasks as requested.
  • General labor to complete the process of fabricating steel support structures for material handling industries.
  • Wage offered based on experience and education.

Required Skills

  • Occasionally lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Regular and on-time attendance
  • Minimum Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Willingness to follow correct safety procedures at all times
  • Desire to work overtime
  • Strong and conscientious work ethic
  • Efficient work skills
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Ability and desire to work as part of a team
  • Production of quality end products in a timely fashion

Preferred Skills

  • Good communication and interaction skills

  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Experience using overhead cranes and other lifting devices.
  • Knowledge of shop tools and equipment
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing safety regulations
  • Accurately read tape measure
  • Read and understand detailed prints & work orders
  • A desire to grow and contribute to the overall activity of the business.

1st Shift Schedule Options

  • Monday–Friday: 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., (or)
  • Monday–Thursday: 5:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., and Friday: 6:00 a.m.–12:00 Noon

      • Warrior pays 100% of employee's premiums.
      • Warrior pays 100% of dependents' life insurance premium (not eligible for STD, LTD & ADD).
    • Voluntary Life Insurance with Accidental Death & Dismemberment
      • Current provider is Lincoln Financial Group.
      • Reasonable rates for employee and dependent coverage paid for 100% by employee (employee must be enrolled to include dependent coverage).
    • Flexible Spending Account (non-taxable payroll deductions for Health Care and Dependent Care).
    • Health Savings Account (non-taxable payroll deductions when enrolled in Warrior's qualifying plan).
  • The first of the quarter after 6 months of employment (if age 21 or older), FT employees are eligible to enroll in Warrior's 401(k) retirement plan.
    • Warrior matches 3% of employee's annual compensation through Safe Harbor Profit-Sharing
    • Automatic enrollment at 3% (before tax) contributions with the option to opt out or change contribution type or amount
    • May choose deductions to a 401(k) (before-tax), a Roth (after-tax), or both.
  • Educational Assistance
    • Available to all regular, full-time employees who have completed at least one year of active employment at the time the course commences.
  • Uniform Program for Shop Employees after 60-days.
    • Warrior pays 100% of rental and maintenance costs for shop uniforms.

Wages

  • $18.00 to $21.00 per hour.
    • Pay is based on experience.
